Once you have placed your order, it will be handled quickly and efficiently. We do our absolute best to process and despatch orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays and weather permitting in extreme weather conditions) of the order being placed on our website and cleared payment being received. A despatch confirmation email will be sent to you when your order has been sent.  All orders from this website are sent by Royal Mail's standard, second class, postal service. We have a SET postage and packing charge of £1.99 for all mainland UK, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man orders, NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU BUY.  More postage options are available at checkout, if you require a different delivery service. Non-UK customers: Please email for a shipping quote, stating items required. We will not process orders to a PO Box/University Campus address.
