Unlike some online stores, you do not have to create an account with us to place an order. All prices for goods include VAT at the current rate. When ordering, please ensure you provide a valid telephone contact number and email address so that we can confirm acceptance of your order and notify you when your order has been despatched.

PayPal and Google Wallet (Google Checkout) are the safe, simple way to pay for your goods online with your debit or credit card, without sharing your financial information. PayPal and Google Wallet/Google Checkout adheres to stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process. As all payments for goods are processed via PayPal/Google Checkout, we do not hold or have access to any of your debit/credit card details.

All mainland UK orders from this website are sent by Royal Mail's standard second class postal service. We have a very reasonable SET postage and packing charge of £2.55 for all mainland UK, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey & Guernsey orders, no matter how much you buy. If you are buying one pack of sock wool or 10 rolls of bias binding, the postage is the same! More postage options are available at checkout if you require a different delivery service. Some orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Postal charges for deliveries to Europe start from £2.35 for a package weighing under 100g, increasing upwards in a banded weight format. We also offer the option of two different flat rates of £12.99 for one parcel weighing up to 1 kilo sent by a trackable delivery service, or £16.99 for one parcel weighing up to 2 kilo, sent by a trackable delivery service.  Please note that two kilo's is the individual parcel weight limit set by Royal Mail for airmail parcels. We cannot send goods in one parcel weighing more than 2 kilo but we are able to accept two separate orders if the weight of your parcel exceeds the maximum 2 kilo limit.  We will contact you if your airmail parcel exceeds the maximum two kilo weight banding. We reserve the right to split high value/large orders into separate parcels if deemed necessary. Goods will only be sent to the address on your payment notification and cannot  be delivered elsewhere. We also have a banded weight format pricing structure for postage to Canada and Australia. If your country is outside the delivery zones currently displayed at checkout, please email for a postage quote stating items required. Payment for goods should be made in GB Pounds Sterling. We will not process orders to a PO Box or University Campus/Halls of Residence address.
