Three metres of dotted/spot pattern cotton bias binding tape. Manufacturer's product shade number 7896, white background with pink and lilac colour polka dots (pattern as illustrated). Approximate width 25mm (1") with two folds on the reverse side. This bias fabric is used for sewing seam bindings, patchwork quilting, dressmaking and flag bunting pennants.
