One pack of Hemline 1.3mm diameter white/off-white colour hat elastic. There is approximately 4 metres of elastic per pack.  Suggested uses for this product - millinery: attach hat elastic to school and sun hats to hold them firm; bridal head wear, garters, for strengthening cuffs and welts in knitwear, and for gathering soft fabrics on a sleeve/waist. This item is machine washable. We also sell Hemline elastic glides for easy threading.
 
Important note: the width of elastic determines its tension or strength. Use narrow elastic for light tension, wider for heavier tension
