Instructions for use: Spread an even layer of icing onto the side of the cake using a palette knife. Take the PME plain side scraper and hold it firmly at an angle to the side of the cake. Draw the scraper towards you in a steady movement and maintaining an even pressure. Tip: To obtain the best finish, it is advisable to place the cake onto a turntable. This will enable the cake to move easily and create a smooth, even finish around the side of the cake
