A metre of herringbone weave pattern cotton twill tape (India tape). Approximate width: 15mm.  Colour: black. Manufacturer's product shade number CW15/003. This versatile and strong woven webbing tape is a thicker gauge than our standard twill tape. Ideal for chef’s apron strings, sturdy ties on closing garments (hospital gowns) and privacy curtains, pinafores/chair cushion ties, carry handles on lightweight cotton bags, and flag bunting. Herringbone pattern flat (unfolded) cotton tape is also used to create fabric loops on dressmaking projects, boning channels on garments and to strengthen corset waistlines and seams. Similar to densely woven Prussian Tape but not an upholstery tape. Herringbone weave tape is also available in different sizes and a wide range of colours.  If you require more than one length of tape, please enter the amount required in the quantity box.
