DMC Thread Cordonnet Cotton No. 20 White Lacemaking Crochet Yarn

A ball of DMC Cordonnet Spécial Number 20 ticket, crochet cotton. Cordonnet Spécial 20s yarn is made from double mercerised combed cotton. Composed of six strands, the thread is exceptionally strong and has a beautifully glossy finish. Colour: white, manufacturer’s product code B5200. Fibre content: 100% colourfast cotton. This excellent quality thread is used for lace making, tatting, hardanger embroidery (Hardangersøm), openwork (ornamental work in cloth), drawn thread work (counted thread embroidery), and, of course, crochet. Cordonnet is favoured when undertaking delicate and intricate lace work and creating exquisite borders on handkerchiefs, placemats, coasters, doilies, collars, gloves,  accessories and decorative items.
